Hello, I’m Shidah. I came to realize something so many of us experience: life constantly asks us to move quickly, carry a heavy load, and pour endlessly into everyone else. As a Wellness Curator, I design experiences that help you slow down, reconnect with who you are, and cultivate sustainable habits that support both body and mind.
