You have 8 weeks to explore our experiences where you'll take a purposeful pause from the demands of everyday life so you can leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more like yourself again.

Tues - Fri 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM

    Tues - Thur 6:30 PM -7:30 PM

    • Yoga

    • Pilates

  • Move and Reflect:

    Fri 6:30 PM -7:30 PM

    • Sip and Flow - slow flow, reflection, and tastings

  • Move and Create:

    Sat 10:00 AM -3:30 PM

    • 10:00 am Poise Power Yoga

    • 12:15 pm Core and Glutes Pilates

    • 2:00 pm Poised to Create - pilates and hands on creative expression
